From Drop Box Our iPad computer lab at one of the homeless shelters in San Jose has been very well received by both kids and adults. We see a lot of happy, smiling, engaged children. Today when I arrived earlier there where already two children ready and waiting for the class to start.

Today we had our first iPad class at the homeless shelter in San Jose. I’ve included several photos and as you can see, the children really enjoyed the iPads. Most of the children were quite young – some even 1 and 2 year olds! I will be working on uploading some videos tomorrow. Shira

Starting in mid-April, Computer Labs for Kids will be hold a class for homeless children at a local shelter run by InnVision in San Jose, CA. This class will run twice a week. Students from San Jose State University are volunteering to help with this project.

Computer Labs for Kids is soon to start a reoccurring class for homeless children in the San Jose area. This class will be every Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:40. We’ll have more details soon.
